"In town for a soccer tournament and stumbled upon this hotel through Expedia. What a find! Only 18 minutes from the Soccer fields Amazing experience! Super adorable hotel. Staff was amazing. Lovely glass of wine at check-in. complementary water. Espresso machine in room Made to Order breakfast. Could not ask for more! "

"Air conditioning may have been the best part. Elevator not working. Staffing was slow. Smelled like smoke as soon as I walked into the lobby. Bathroom smelled like smoke once steam hit like it was in the walls. Stains on furniture. "

"The hotel was really bad! We stayed two times traveling to and from the great Smoky Mountains. First room was dirty with holes in the walls. The second rooms floor was so warped the drawers in the dresser would randomly open themselves. This also made a huge gap under the door, big enough that my kids could give each other high-fives with the door closed!! The second night was crazy loud…ya huge “ event center” next next door was having a big party that didn’t stop until 2am! Ac unit was broken and refrigerator didn’t work! "

"Breakfast was pricey!! Most offer an inclusive continental breakfast these days, with the same items (or a lot more) and you wouldn’t have to pay $17/person!!"

"Clean bedding. Clean floors. Friendly staff. Found 3 different types of hair on nightstand, shower & behind toilet, so that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Cobwebs on ceiling above bathroom mirror. There is a parking fee which I find ridiculous. Overall, I would still stay there again, though."

"The staff at the desk was excellent, but the waitress we encountered during breakfast seemed annoyed that we asked for a table to be cleaned off (those vacant had been cleared, but not wiped). She said she would clean it off, but after a few minutes of no result we left and got breakfast somewhere else. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable."

"Breakfast selection was good. Dinner was at best cafeteria quality and sat in restaurant area at least 30 minutes before they realized I was even there. Carpet was old and dirty looking. Don't even look at vents above top floors that blow down into atrium area ( very gross )! beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Disappointed they didn't have a hot tub. "

"Room was terrible, clean, but beat up, marked, tub stained, vanity in terrible shape. Mold on ceiling tiles.... restsurant for dinner was terrible. Breakfast was good. "
