Hotels in Melvern

"Everything was ok but I dont understand why a handicap room was booked for someone who was not handicapped. I requested a handicap room as both of us was handicapped Staff was great though, it needed other items in the room besides what was offered"

"Definitely the bottom of where I’ve stayed. Everything from shoddy workmanship, rooms aren’t clean and maintenance are severely neglected. The floors and walls are ver thin and didn’t get much rest. I’d definitely not recommend and never be a repeat customer "

"HAD trouble checking in as a new employee had given away our reserved room. Had confirmation papers with me and all was taken care of. I needed a handicap room as I only have one leg. The staff was superb &even gave us and upgrade. Breakfast was excellent & parking was secure. Would stay again if on the same path. "

"If you get locked out and it’s freezing cold outside may as well go sleep in your car. Their phone number didn’t work, and their office door was locked. I honestly wouldn’t stay here. "

"The room was nice. The pool was ice cold with a window open and it was 20 degrees outside. There was not a sign stating any issues with the pool."
