"The lobby and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The moment you exit the elevator you experience the bait and switch. Hallway walls were lined with cheap plastic paneling. The room and furniture were outdated and dilapidated. Vanity low and inconvenient, carpet peeling at the edges. Most of all the bed sink down into the springs. I would avoid until a thorough remodel is undertaken."

"Everything was fine. We didn’t get to use the amenities. We were here for the weekend and attending Wharton graduation. We did request extra towels for your room and took over an hour and 3 phone calls And our room was never cleaned. Maid service knocked on our door at 430pm and we were about to get ready for dinner. So definitely needs to be done earlier in the day. Elevators took forever …. Didn’t seem like the hotel was that busy. So not too sure why that is. Otherwise the stay was fine. Room was clean. It was OK for a 2 night stay !"

"I had the best shower. The water pressure was amazing g and the towels were the softest. I've stayed at many hotels, super upscale and 5 star, but this shower and these towels were the best! Got to see the sun rise in the morning, too."

"This property is in a great area of town, walkable to all the great restaurants in Rittenhouse Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, this property is very dated. There were stains on both the sofa and the carpet. The Starbucks doesn't open until 6:30 and closes early. The bar/restaurant looked dirty. We were up early on a Friday morning and there were dirty wine glasses and empty wine bottles on the bar. Would not stay here again."

"Really needs a little more care for the day to day stuff. First day was good, and I don't need daily servicing, but the small requests we had were mostly ignored and we were given options that were more work or more cost to us. No clean towels to swap? No way."
