"The only problem I found in my room was the internet connection was terrible everything else was very good. Location was excellent walking distance to Copacabana beach and many restaurants. "

"You may save money staying here instead of the beach, but you’ll quickly find of why once you arrive. My friends had broken AC and ants in their room requiring them to move units multiple times throughout our trip and if you want a drink by the pool you will wait your whole trip to get even the simplest of orders. And to the latter it’s not about being more patient or them being understaffed, it’s literally just poor service."

"The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return."

"The room was big and nice. We had view to the beach and up to the favela. Really nice. The staff was good and helpful. Very nice guys who welcomed us. The gym was small but ok. "

"Very nice and clean hotel which is centrally inconveniently located right in the heart of Copacabana. It's directly across the street from the beach and in the vicinity of great restaurants. Although you can dine at the restaurant on site which does have good food, you can also venture out to other local spots. The hotel is very clean and smells very nice. The staff are very professional and kind. The hotel room was very nice to stay in. I loved that the water pressure in the shower was very strong. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this location."
