"Brilliant hotel, no complaints, the staff and resort was excellent. Friendly staff, a credit to the hotel, attentive and always there to help.
Facilities was top notch, plenty to do for the family, the kids rino club my kids really enjoyed the staff there were friendly, took full responsibility for kids safety and ensured the kids had plenty to do.
Food was excellent, a lot of options and catered for everybody.
The room cleaners are a credit and ensured rooms were top notch and fully stocked fridge, thank you.
This hotel deserves a full 5 star review and we will hopefully be visiting again perhaps later this year, but definitely next. Hope to see the same staff as they were excellent.
Just 2 minor points, concierge when you calll the 5555 number did not come to the room when they promised we had to go to reception after 10 mins waiting for wrong room number given at check in and card wasn’t working , battery need replacing for door.
Otherwise thank you and see you again, for anyone you won’t regret staying here, especially if you have younger kids"

"This was a superb property with all the amenities necessary for a great vacation. It was beach front and they kept the sand clean and tidy. They have tennis courts, a great mini waterpark with plenty of exciting slides for kids and adults alike.
The rooms were kept very clean and the level of service was excellent. Staff were attentive and responsive to your needs. The best food quality and variety I’ve ever seen in a resort setting. The wait staff were so prompt, professional and courteous! The conference center attached to this resort was of high quality and the audiovisual staff very knowledgeable and the equipment was state of the art. I would 100% recommend and will return."

Extremely Disappointing Cleanliness at Rixos Park Balek - Room 2166 stay from 5th to 10th Apr
I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. The standards were simply not up to par. Specifically, there was a noticeable and strong stench coming from the toilet, which was highly unpleasant. Additionally, the floors were dirty, indicating a serious lapse in housekeeping. I expected a much higher standard of hygiene from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes immediate steps to improve the standards. "
"Tonnes to do for kids, amazing heated pools, the staff, service and concierge were probably the best I've seen in Antalya. Food however needs improvement overall. "
"We had a couple of nights in luxury at this spa hotel. It is well appointed with good communal areas and plenty of facilities.
The rooms are clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as a safe.
There is the spa which is free to use but you pay for massages which has an indoor/outdoor pool plus sauna and steam room. There are numerous outdoor pools plus games areas.
There is a private beach with adult only area and a large beach bar and restaurant.
The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a number of speciality restaurants. There is also a patisserie. "
