Was pretty far from the center, but I like quiet places. The spa was great! Had a massage and hammam treatment. Food was good, breakfast buffet had a nice selection and the staff was nice. Highly recommend!
We've stayed at several different types of accommodations in Cappadocia over the years, and this has been our favorite by far. From the moment we arrived, the smiling receptionist and helpful bellboys made us feel welcome.

First and foremost what a great property! I have never had such great service. Everyone was so sweet, professional and just outright polite. I have to give a shout out to some of the staff that were exceptional: Ebru TOZAGAN, Ismail KOC, Secil TEZCAN, Büsra SIMSEK. I could not have asked for a better stay on my trip. We had a private dinner with a DJ and the musci was fantastic too. Thank you, thank you for a wonderful stay.
The whole staff was extremely helpful, professional, and sweet whether it was in regards to scheduling transfer rides, changing a last min flight, and even room service. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful. This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in my whole trip. I woukd definitely come back here.

I had a wonderful stay. The terrace for breakfast has a great view, and the area is peaceful. I came without a car and had to uber/bitaksi in and out of Ortahisar, but I worked with a great driver who was informative and helpful (look up Recep at Ortahisar Taxi). I would recommend this location if you are looking for quiet, residential and non-touristy. It is a great hotel if you have a car and means of getting around, as Goreme is where most of the action is.
The property is beautiful. The staff was the best. They are so helpful and hospitable. This hotel is a destination in itself. We regret that we don’t stay longer. Definitely going back. Recommend at least 2 nights.
