Upon arrival we ( my wife & I ) greeted by the front desk and we felt very welcome to start our stay, i highly recommend this property, Quite, clean, great customer service, even the owner onsite to welcome all guests. Beautiful pool area, the room are big , close to everything in Djerba.
Hotel was a great value. In the winter it’s too cold to swim outdoors but we brought tennis rackets and played lots of tennis, basketball and indoor swimming.
The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a smoking lounge inside the hotel lobby so the reception area always smelled like cigarettes. If the hotel would move the smoking area outside and away from the doors it would make the hotel much more appealing. It seems like a lot of the hotels in Djerba have indoor smoking.

The hotel grounds were great, room was clean & comfortable. Gym is a little old, but ok.
The beach is beautiful and peaceful.
Buffet was good and had a lot of variety.
My only thing to mention is the rooms with adjoining doors can leak a lot of sound. I asked to be moved and the front desk easily helped me out and put me in a quieter spot without issue.
