"Wonderful stay. There are more locals then tourists in the area which made the stay feel less busy and more tranquil which is what we wanted. Aristofanis was very helpful with transport as the property is rural and we didn’t have our own vehicle. If you want to explore, hiring transport is definitely required. The grounds are well kept with a good pool. Thank you Aristofanis for looking after us. "

"Booked this for myself and 2 teenage daughters so they could go party and i could R& R. It didnt disappoint! Rooms are spacious & clean with everything you need. Its a 10 min walk from the strip so far enough away from the rowdiness of Kavos if you want a quiet break. The beach is literally the back garden and the pool is never too busy with comfortable loungers to sit on. The family do their utmost to make your stay be the best it can be. "Friendly, helpful staff with a warm welcome. Clean apartment with aircon, fridge and decent shower. Swimming pool and beach literally outside your door. Great beach bar with typical Greek food open morning till late at night. Great value."

"Perfect place to stay when visiting Sivota. Perfect location, easy parking, quiet for sleeping, the extra touches like water and wine were appreciated. I liked that there was a spot to dry our clothes, swimsuits, and towels outside. The outdoor cooking area was great for re-heating leftovers. So many beaches and boats to use nearby. We had a fantastic stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again given the opportunity. It had everything you’d need!"

"The hotel was a great place to stay, and the staff were very friendly. It’s within easy walking distance of Kavos city centre, where you’ll find lots of dining options and activities, and the beach is also very close. The only disappointing part was the hot tub. It was listed as one of the amenities, but unfortunately, it’s been closed since COVID. This was a shame, as it was the main reason I chose this hotel over others."
