The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
Greeted warmly by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink, which my friend and I enjoyed in the lovely garden. We had a garden room, set up with two fairly comfortable beds. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed (no microwave oven, though). The main building had a small gym and several indoor lounge areas, plus a third floor terrace, so lots of space to get out of your room. There is a delicious low-cost Indian restaurant only 100 meters away, and a stroll into the old city takes...
Totally fantastic! The place is beautiful, comfortable and super clean. We loved the swimming pool and spa. Also enjoyed sitting out in the garden. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. We wanted to stay longer. A small fridge in the room would have been nice to have but is not essential for us.
This place was amazing! the pool, the spa, the room, the view, the food and drink and the kind staff! Very welcome landing pad after our 5 day hike in the mountains. My family loved it! My wife and I and 3 kids, 13, 12, 8 -- was excellent!
We found this hotel very nice. We first had a glass of Schnaps as a welcome.
The room is very spacious and modern look.
Restaurant is also quite interresting with a lovely terrace
