I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The temple of sun is literally across the street. Multiple market plazas are within a 10-15mins walk. There are pharmacies, convenient stores and laundromats steps away. The taxi ride from the airport is about 15mins will cost 15 USD. The hotel is in very good condition, clean and beautifully decorated. Plan to stay here again next time I m here.

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

The location is fair..5 min. By taxi to main square 15 min walk.The Staff..Liz.is the daughter of the owner..his name is Victor..I never wrote a review before this is my first .I have never been treated so warm and friendly by a hotel staff in all my hotels Lis speaks and understand english Victor is still learning..The rooms are super clean. And modern and good size The value is excellent The only down side for me not too much in the direct area of hotel but it is in a very nice and safe...

The concierge was a most gracious host. He went out of his way make us welcome. It was a welcome relief that he spoke perfect english.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a somewhat chaotic historic center of Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms beautifully decorated, breakfast was fabulous with assorted items to choose from the buffet and then cooked to order eggs. I had to leave early in the morning on my last day and they prepared a sack breakfast for me to take with me on the road. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend highly recommend this hotel.

This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is new, spacious, and well designed. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. I've traveled over 20 countries in the past 10 years. This is the best hotel and staff member we ever met. I give two thumbs up.

A renovated old colonial house with thick walls attended by a courteous and helpful staff. It is conveniently located in the heart of town from which you can walk to places of interest and restaurants. Breakfast is great, the room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel and the staff were GREAT. The owners/managers were so kind, understanding and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! Also, you can’t beat the location, right by the Plaza Mayor. We will absolutely be back and recommend it to whoever is visiting!

Walkable distance to Plaza De Armas, there are markets nearby where you can buy fruits, crafts, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive, however there is no elevator.

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. This charming boutique hotel features friendly staff and well-maintained facilities. Both the hotel and our room were clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We truly enjoyed the stunning view from our room and the amazing breakfast offered each morning. The hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area of Cusco, with restaurants and the Plaza de Armas just a short walk away.

Arrived early and yet I was accommodated right away. The room is roomy, nice clean beds and sheets and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. The buffet has nice selections, good enough to start your morning and there's always tea and coffee available at the lobby 24/7. The entire place is very comfortable and safe.

First off, the staff was super nice, accommodating and helpful. Especially Ruth…she really helped us end our trip on a high note (so kind, helping and enthusiastic…she’s a gem).
