Beautiful historic building! Best breakfast of the whole trip!!

room spotless, staff friendly, great view!

We were looking for a quiet getaway something different from the south and we found it! This hotel offers excellent service, good breakfast, a quality spa, and the views from the hotel were spectacular. Set in the mountains, there is hiking near the hotel and it offers many things outside to relax, hammocks, each room offers a patio with a table and chairs. If your looking for a quiet getaway I highly recommend this hotel. I will be visiting again in the near future.

The perfect place to stay and eat in a beautiful, historic town! Would have stayed another night, but the hotel was booked.

Everything was perfect -the location, view, room, pools, spa! Don’t stay anywhere else. The hotel also has a cool history.

Everything was great - staff, food, room, hotel condition. The only disadvantage is quite small parking, overcrowded every day.

The views from this hotel were amazing. Staff and other visitors were all very friendly. Nightly entertainment was fantastic and I LOVED watching the mid morning workouts in the pool. The instructor seemed very enthusiastic. Our room was good, except we had two twins pushed together instead of a single bed. We also had large cockroaches in our room and on the patio. We stayed 3 nights and found at least 2 each night, 1 was on the bed. It made the room feel "dirtier" even though everything was...

Alexander was very courteous and expedite managing an error at the property and turned to a very positive experience thank to his effort to support and manage the mistake .Just applaud and appreciate his desire to help and support and extra mile effort to solve the situation and he did. This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. This hotel is located away from the crowdy parts of Tenerife.Huge,spacious rooms they offer and the bed size was also exceptional.the staff was really nice. It is a 5 star hotel indeed.

Free Muffins coffee and tea in the morning and inexpensive dinner cooked by the skilled employees and volunteers of the hostel. The roll was a little small for six people. But I was plenty comfortable. The people that work and volunteer there are very friendly and helpful. If you are going to are going to Tenerife, you can’t go wrong with a Nest Hostel.
