This is an amazing find tucked into the quaint harbor area of Lewes. The hotel is well-appointed and welcoming and the room was spotless, huge, and beautifully decorated. The little touches really made the stay, from the koi pond on the patio outside to the taffy on the pillows instead of mints. The pool was small but refreshing. The staff were friendly and seemed happy to help resolve any issues. Well worth it!

We went to this Bethany Ocean Suites as a last minute fall weekend jaunt. It overmet out expectations. Our suite overrlooked the ocean, it was large and well set up. The hotel lobby was very nice as was the friday night music in the bar. The breakfast was okay, not great. The access to the beach fabulous. Size of the suite would be good for a familly with young kids, a couple or a weekend with a friend or two.

Very clean - most importantly! Maid service was great. Everything worked properly, staff was courteous and friendly. Plenty of soft towels, beds quite comfortable. The only negative thing was that the sheets kept coming off the mattress because they were only flat sheets, not fitted. However, not a huge problem, just minor. Would definitely recommend and will look to stay there again next summer!

This property is outstanding for two basic reasons: location---the beachfront views are unbeatable (the ground floors may not have a view, it should be noted). Also, the staff were phenomenal. It seems that they are especially trained to be personable, interested, and thoughtful. Truly impressive 5 star quality of service. The only thing that is unfortunate are our friends who require elevators. The hotel doesn't have elevators for the rooms with great views.

Welcoming staff. You could smell the cleanliness when you walked in the front door. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Clean rooms (& I’m hard to impress in that department) with the exception of a couple of spots on the ceiling that I’m pretty sure could be easily cleaned off. I won’t say what it appeared to be, but they need to clean it off. Pool is NOT heated, just FYI. I only like heated pools, but the rest of the family enjoyed it.
