The hotel was clean, comfortable, updated, & very accommodating. We were very pleased and impressed overall. The breakfast food was surprisingly terrible. The juice, coffee, & eggs were so artificial, I'm not sure they qualify as food. I'd give this hotel a perfect rating if it weren't for the breakfast.
The decor was of the times if visiting Monticello, etc. with excellent location to historical sites and the service was great. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was top notch!!!...even had french toast with perfectly cooked bacon😍...Will definitely stay there again❣️
We've returned to Keswick three times during the past 12 months, and we will do so again many times into the future. This is "our" go-to 5 Star resort for a mini-vacation...the best in Virginia.
This is a brand new property and very clean. We had a larger suite with the small pull out sofa. Overall we are a family of five and I always notice the size of a room and this one was on the larger size. If you have younger children they would have room to play on the floor. The breakfast was typical but stocked, clean, and decent. My teens ate without complaints. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We left a piece of jewelry behind, realized it about an hour later and called and...
We were only overnight, but we were really pleased with the cleanliness of the room.
Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold dishes. We really liked the fresh fruit offering.

The room was great - king bed, nice bathroom, small kitchen with large fridge, toaster, stove - everything we needed to comfortably eat breakfast and snacks in our room (since it's Covid and don't want to eat in public). And free parking in downtown was great!
The area is moderately busy, shopping centers with dining and convenience all along the highway. Plentiful parking and easy visibility all around the hotel. The room is very very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Room has good size bathroom and large comfortable bed. I'm very happy with the room and amenities.
All I can tell you, I will stay here any and every time I’m in Charlottesville. I’ve stayed here three times in less than a year (first time was during its first week open) and each time is fantastic. The front desk staff are great and I LOVE the bartenders (Eric, Douglas, and Cicely (sp?).
