Great hotel. Very clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included and it was excellent! Hotel was across the street from the Guggenheim museum.
Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!
This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel.

This hotel is totally first class, so beautiful and lovely. The staff is also amazing and friendly. They have underground parking making that process stress free. Great location and breakfast as well. Highly recommend.
Awesome room- loved the decor! Staff was friendly and it was a great stay. Very convenient location- very close to many great restaurants and the Casco Viejo metro stop. Coffee shop in the lobby was very good as well.

Location is excellent for both shopping and the old town. 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim. Very clean and well maintained. Beds extremely comfortable and no issues at all with service. It’s always easy to find something to complain about in a hotel but on this occasion I found nothing :)
When we come back to Bilbao (and we will!) we will stay here again. The location is perfectly located for Old Town, the Guggenheim, and exploring across the bridge. While it's on a busy street, the windows are double pane and so filter out the noise.
