"I was double charge by the front desk. I showed her that i got a reservation from expedia but she charge me 67$. I made mistakes to book in tarlac for $50. They told me to cancel the double charge but they cancel the 50$ i paid in tarlac instead of cancelling the $67. I hope they can fix this error."

"Do not stay at this property. The photos are outdated and very misleading. Upon arrival, the building looked abandoned and unsettling. The room we were initially assigned was not safe or suitable for sleeping—there were many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unsanitary. We requested a room transfer and were asked to pay additional money. Even after transferring, the new room still had mosquitoes. Both my child and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites. The staff also required a deposit to receive the room key, but this deposit was never returned at checkout. The staff claimed there was a PHP 400 rate difference but did not provide any receipt. We were two adults and one child, yet we were only provided with one old towel and a blanket that was extremely thin and almost torn. The lack of basic amenities was unacceptable. Because the booking was non-refundable and we had nowhere else to go at the time, we had no choice but to stay. The experience was extremely stressful and unpleasant for my family. Additionally, the property is located near a main road, and traffic noise can be clearly heard inside the room. This was a terrible experience overall, and I strongly believe this property should not be listed on your booking platform. "

"Such a wonderful stay! All the staff were very welcoming, polite & helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an air conditioner that worked well. The onsite restaurant called ASH was so delicious & such big portions. The food here was probably one of the best meals we ate during our visit to the Philippines.
