"The room had a smell that was off putting and was unpleasant. The staff were friendly but the hotel taxi price was pricey and the driver was not well informed of the tourist spots. There are shops close by and this was useful and we felt safe . Good location with airport nearby and restaurants close by "
"Deceptive and misleading photos. Window does not provide view of outside.
I felt claustrophobic. Despite repeated requests to shift to a different room & floor, the staff did not oblige .
Will not recommend & will not stay here again "
"This property did not turn out to be what you see in the pictures. The property is very old, run down and not maintained well was not kept clean. We had stains on our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival and even though they were asked to be changed, the new ones still had stains on them. The bathrooms were not kept clean as well, as well as all fixtures being old and worn down. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this property. "
"I recently stayed at this hotel for two days, and I was very disappointed with the experience. The staff were unhelpful and rude, which made my stay uncomfortable. The kitchen area was unsanitary, with unpleasant odors and even cockroaches visible. Additionally, the breakfast was of poor quality, and the service was terrible. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all. This was horrifying!!"
"If you are traveling to Mumbai and need to be near BKC or the international airport, this hotel is a flawless choice. It functions as a quiet, refreshing retreat from the busy city.
The service is among the best in Mumbai. Room service was consistently excellent, with Suresh providing standout hospitality that made a long three-week stay incredibly comfortable. The on-site restaurant and spa facilities are also top-notch. A great property that I highly recommend for both business and leisure."
"Fantastic hotel close to Mumbai airport. Clean, large rooms, lovely bathroom, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend the evening buffet - amazing selection and absolutely delicious, also offered live preparation counters. Views from rooftop are spectacular. Highly recommend and would return when arriving into Mumbai."
"Very attentive staff including the bell hop, security staff, housekeeping and front desk. Great breakfast selection. Convenient location for airport access. Great choice and reasonably priced.
I would recommend this hotel for sure."
"Mi estancia en Aurika, Mumbai International Airport ha sido excelente, igual que la primera vez. Ya es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y la experiencia vuelve a ser impecable. Las habitaciones son amplias, silenciosas y muy cómodas. El personal es excelente, siempre atento y profesional. El restaurante ofrece muchas opciones y la calidad es muy buena. Un hotel totalmente recomendable."
