"Wonderful beds, very clean and quiet. Rooms had plenty of room."

"Clean room ameneties were good, staff was good but i thought they could have been more informative did not tell me when checkout was or point me to any ameneties on the property, did not even tell me where my room was he just handed me the key. I had to ask which way to go.The worst part was the bed! My wife is sore and says she feels like she slept in a ditch on her side of the bed. It was a very big dip in bed in room 101. Also my room TV said welcome Robert, my name is not Robert. Rooms on the ground level have no porch or balcony which i was exspecting to have, i asked to change rooms because i wanted the porch with balcony chairs and table but you cant get that on ground floor and there were "no more rooms available" To be fair my cousin and aunt stayed in 2 other rooms and had no complaints."

"This hotel feels old. Hallways smell like wet shampooed carpet that won’t dry. Rooms have black and tan carpeting that hides dirt and feels yucky. Hotel does not maintain locks so we were locked out of our room late on a Saturday night bec battery on lock was dead. Lots of noise from hallway and adjacent rooms after 11PM. AND this sprawling suburban hotel had the nerve to charge $30/ day for parking. This was NOT prominently noted onnExpedia or we would not have chosen this hotel. Not a resort, not very nice. "

"My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton turned into one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, the hotel told us their system was down and they couldn’t properly check us in. We showed confirmation that our reservation had been paid through Expedia, so they allowed us into our room. Later that night we went out, and when we returned around 1 AM, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out. At the front desk we were suddenly told we had no reservation and needed to pay again or leave. After seeing how upset we were, they let us stay until morning. The next day we were called down again and told the same thing, even after showing receipts and confirmation that the room was already paid for. We spent nearly two hours in the lobby with the general manager trying to sort out a disconnect between the hotel and Expedia. Because of this situation, we missed a dinner reservation we had been waiting months for. Eventually we were told our reservation would have to be canceled and we would need to pay again and wait 5–7 business days for a refund. We booked this as a relaxing staycation but instead spent hours dealing with a problem that wasn’t ours. Being locked out of our room and asked to pay twice made this a very disappointing experience."
