"Lovely large, clean room with a wonderfully comfy king sized bed and a view of the golf course. Lovely shower over the bath Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was great with a good choice of food, freshly cooked to order We've stayed a few times and it's always been a pleasant stay"

"The room was a reasonable size. The bathroom was awful. The washhand basin had two taps, cold and scalding. The bath/shower was unusable because I could not get the bath/shower tap to operate. The garden is wonderful. The staff were all very pleasant except for one receptionist from whom I sought assistance. She was inept and unpleasant. Breakfast was okay."

"Nice hotel the parking was a joke £11 a night I would have got a better deal in London wife as a blue badge the hotel did not want to know holiday inn express are not a disable friendly hotel which spoilt the day I parked down the road life is hard looking after wife Iwon’t be staying at this hotel again"

"Stayed for one night as it was close to the Princess Diana hospital where I was visiting a patient. Room was pretty basic, had a double bed, a TV, basic tea/coffee facilities, bathroom. Surprisingly decent number of plug sockets available to charge devices. Decor needs a serious revamp! Curtains couldn't close properly either. No air-con in the hotel so had to have the window open and a fan going. Although the hotel has free Wi-Fi available, it doesn't actually reach to the part of the hotel where I was being boarded, so good job I was only there one night and didn't need it much! To get to the room felt very odd - taken through a set of double doors and led past the indoor squash courts, then through more doors before being told to go up some stairs and turn down a small corridor. Old fashioned keys and no auto-locking on doors, and when leaving the hotel for any length of time, you had to leave your key at reception."

"Clean caravan ... and places to go are easy to get to ... walk to the beach is about 30 to 40 mins depending on pace of your walk . Places to eat are near by and there are choices for all . The bar person who served me for breakfast on the 3rd day was helpful, but other staff seemed a bit off putting like they didn't want to be there to work . The breakfast was average and vegan sausages were tasteless like it been in the air fryer so was dry . Food took a while to come like 20 mins even though there were hardly anyone else waiting . Overall experience was good and the kids enjoyed the pool and the local play area ."
