The room was very cleaned, and cleaned every day of our stay. The staff were kind, helpful, and very informative about events or how to travel in the area. If I could stay longer, I would choose this hotel again. Check-in and Check-out were very simple, you can use either kiosk or front desk (if a person is there). Towels were changed everyday, room claned, garbage thrown away, and free water bottles. Very nice place. Thank you!

The rooms are VERY small, and that might annoy some people, but I had a very pleasant experience. The bathroom and walls of the room were a little grimy, but manageable. Overall I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers if you don't care about the room size.
This is a great option for travelers on a budget that want to stay somewhere central in a true Korean neighborhood. We stayed 6 nights and were so happy to choose this accommodation. It is less than a minute away from the metro so great for getting around. The Gwangjang Market is across the street, and Jongmyo Shrine, Cheongyechong and Changdukgung are all walking distance. I read a review stating this place didn’t have an elevator and was pleasantly surprised to see that it does. That, plus its excellent location, free water, clean rooms, and helpful staff gives this place a huge recommendation from me. It’s a five star experience without the five star price.
It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.
The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building.
Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.
