"What a wonderful place & Nico was an amazing host. Great place for our family and so close to the slopes. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The Lift Inn was very warm/spacious and great discount offered for equipment hire with the shop below. Thank you Nico & we hope to visit again soon. "The room was very large, the hotel overall was very new. Great balance between catering for children and adults. The restaurant was very modern and spacious with a great view of the forest. The dinner and breakfast had a great range of really good food. The onsen was modern and the view from the outside onsen of the forest was very relaxing. "

"The hotel is perfect with location, Onsen, discounted gear rental and tasty dinner. The room is not too small for double. Breakfast variety could improve with some option of Japanese gohan or the likes. The public onsen is something you can’t miss. Staff are mostly westerners so if you don’t speak Japanese, it’s complete fine and they are super helpful and friendly."

"We had a wonderful stay at hotel Sejour Mint. Although there was a mix up with our Expedia reservation, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming in providing us a room. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The location is perfect as it is an easy walk to the mountain and there are restaurants/bars around the corner. I would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to stay again if we are in Hakuba."
