This is a hotel on lovely acreage for hunt trips. There is plenty of land, groomed, for bird hunting. My stay was just to attend a 50th anniversary party in the area. 3 miles away. Upon arrival, I noticed the lodge. Barnwood. The interior is warm, old barnwood, beautiful large comfortable chairs and couch. Arrived around 10pm. The desk clerk was nice. Upon arriving in room, realized there was no hairdryer in room. When making reservation, I was told there were hairdryers in rooms. The desk clerk said they didn't have hairdryers. The next morning we went to enjoy the continental breakfast. Availability of items was not what I expected. It was okay though. The gentleman that was supposed to be at the front desk was sitting in the lobby when the TV very loud!! He was not friendly AT ALL!! ...
