"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they always greeted us with a smile. The room was spotless and very well maintained. We were very happy with the cleanliness and the overall service. We would definitely stay here again!"
"I had a very nice stay. The location was great! Just a short walk to COEX Mall. The room was clean and very cozy. The staff were welcoming and helpful."
"Great stay! Only stayed a week but would definitely stay here again next time we come to Korea. Good location for us and it has a really nice mall right under the hotel."
"It was a wonderful nights sleep before our international flight the next morning. Beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. The restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and good food."
"Great location, easy access to everything I needed nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made the stay feel warm from check-in to check-out.
One downside: housekeeping skipped making up our room on two separate days during the stay, which was disappointing given the otherwise great service"

They lent me a voltage converter as Korea is 220 V area. Also, there are umbrellas for guests to use. Above all, the bathroom is wide and convenient. They clean a used room everyday.
Spot on the sun is smoke drifting in the air of the hallway, and a bit of fungi odor in the room. My room had a fake window. *No microwave.
The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The stop to drop is across the street, of the hotel. As I was carrying two big suitcases, it was very...
Nicely located in Gangnam a few blocks from Seolleung Station. Many food options just across the street. Hotel also has a Vegan cafe on site. Room (double twin) was sizable and beds comfortable. Easy to book a massage in the spa. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. We spoke little Korean and had no issues conveying our needs. Would stay again.
Flew in from Texas for a week long trip to see all the sights. Check in was super quick and they speak English/very kind. No deposit required. Moment I get into the room was impressed. Room was equipped with harness to rappel down out of the window in the event of a fire. Felt like Batman. Pretty cool. Bed is comfy and the hotel wifi is free, fast and reliable. There is a button if you want your room cleaned or not. You get two complementary water bottles each day. Breakfast is served from...
I tried to find a reason not to give Acube a 5, but I just can't find one. Probably the only improvement opportunity is the snack selection, but you can walk 2 minutes down the block and find more of those. The location is perfect for the subway, the airport bus, shopping, site seeing and food so, what more could you ask. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and I love that it's a boutique hotel. With only 6 rooms on the floor it was so quiet and cozy. Part...
Lovely stay. Very helpful staff excellent breakfast. Quiet.the location very central ,close many shops , restaurants and popular places to visit . Highly recommend for tourist or even business man . ...
Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.
I had a perfect experience with that hotel! People are nice, room was nice and clean, there is a beautiful pool area on the rooftop, but what really stood out for me (in a positive way) was the amazing service! Especially the lady at the reception called Sue! An Angel in disguise:)
The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. You can dry your clothes at a portable drying line. There is also a very deep tub and the shower system is well maintained. It is also very close to various forms of transportation like buses and trains. And this place is very quiet and you can’t hear your neighbors that much. If you ask they will watch over your...
The property was great. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a good mixture of korean and american food. The only thing i didnt like was it said it was near seoul Station but was at saemundae station and was mutliple subway transfers away.
Hotel was easy to get to by airport bus. Only about 8min walk from both pickup/drop off airport bus location. Close to two different train stations and close to two major neighborhoods. Easy and about 30 minute walk to Gyeongbokgung, King Sejong Statue, and Deoksugung palace. Staff were nice and helpful, especially with transportation questions.
The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building.
Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.
