"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting Innsbruck. I would stay here again if/when I return to Innsbruck."

"This is a lovely hotel in a small village! The hotel is very clean, well decorated with Austrian pride and with lovely helpful staff. We stayed 1 night on our adventure trip through Austria and booked a room for 3 people. The rooms which was in adjacent building are lovely, clean and roomy with wooden furniture. Our daughter ended up withe a separate room and single bed which was a bonus for her. We also decided to try their Restaurant for dinner and it was fantastic! The portions were generous and food was super tasty. In the morning, we went for breakfast which was included and it was the best one we've every had in any hotel. Tasty, high quality food with great variety for everyone. We parked right by the main hotel, though they had additional few spots for parking around the property. We highly recommend this hotel, i believe they are expanding with a new building across the road with additional rooms."

"We had a very nice stay at VAYA Achensee. The hotel is modern with good wellness and pool area, espacialy the outdoor natural water pool was great. Very friendly staff and good breakfast and dinner."
