"The hotels l9cation was excellent. So many shopes and wonderful resturants within short walking distance. Planned two excursions while there. The meeting place was just 5 min. walk from the hotel. The desk staff was very helpful and arranged hotel transport. The wait staff in the dinning area were a delight. So very attentive to our every need. Would definitely return to them."

"Augusta Grand Hotel was incredible. It had just opened so was brand new in September 2026. Management was very particular to every detail so the entire experience was amazing. The dining area on 6th floor provides a wonderful breakfast. The rooms were incredible with every amenity new and well thought out. Gorgeous bedding and decor. Bathroom was great with spectacular shower. I travel extensively and stay in many high end hotels and think Augusta Grand was exceptional and reasonably priced. The street out front is bustling with great nightlife so you are in the heart of Lisbon in a brand new hotel. I could not recommend this hotel more highly."

The frosted glass pane between bathroom and bedroom was very annoying as to use the bathroom at night means waking others. Shower was not working properly. Reported early on but no solution whilst we were there"

"The property was located in a great location, walkable and close to transportation, buses, trains, taxi’s and many stores, shops, boutiques and eateries. I appreciated having the cafe which is attached to hotel, I was able to complete my assignments while enjoying the food and taking in the sights. The staff were great, very attentive, gave good insight as to where things were and how to access them in the area. I would have liked to have a dresser and a refrigerator but the place was too small for these amenities. I would stay here again but the next time I will minimize how much I pack. Also if you are from the US do not forget the adapters for your electronics as the outlets are different."

"Location was great for public transport: airport to hotel all on same red metro line. Rooms clean and good size. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices and well run by the team. A couple of issues, not major, but a little annoying: On arrival, something must have been going on, we were waiting in reception for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up. Strange, never experienced that before. I booked a room with a double bed, but got two singles. Problm was resolved a couple of days later."
