"From the moment I arrived, this hotel was a letdown. At check‑in, the staff couldn’t even locate my reservation, and the front desk area looked chaotic and cluttered, giving me zero confidence in how the place was run. When I finally got to my room, I was hit with a noticeable odor that made the space feel anything but clean. The room itself didn’t appear sanitary, and there was an odd, sticky object stuck across the desk. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they tried to claim it was a “new style of decoration,” which was absolutely not believable. I stayed less than 30 minutes before checking out and driving half an hour to another hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, organized, or professional environment."
