"The room was very nice and clean. Patio area was nice except that there were so many ants. I actually got bit by one. Maybe need to have a pest control company to spray the property to control them. The property staff was very nice and friendly. We didn’t mind the geikos soo many on the property that one actually was hiding in the hole at the doorway."

"The walk from our unit to the beach was close. We stayed here for a night, off season. We were disappointed that the chairs/umbrella were not included in the room rate. The room was very clean and the check in staff nice and efficient. The room is very bright, black out curtains would help immensely. We did not use the pools, but they looked nice. We easily walked somewhere to eat in the evening."

"Positives: Central location to restaurants. Easy access to Siest Key (just 7 minutes). I enjoyed having a continental breakfast available daily. The pool was very clean and seemed tobe well maintained. Having food available on premises was great! Front desk staff was in constant communication and took care of our special requests of a quiet room, extra pollows. Pets allowed (although I did not bring mine on this trip). Overall a good price range. Not so much: The air conditioner was way too loud. It was constantly turing on and off. The finishes in the room (wall by the ironing board seemed to be unfinished) I am sure is not Hilton standard. The bed was lumpy. The vending and ice machine on the 4th floor had been removed. The shower water temperature would change and get very hot in the middle of showering. The room did not have enough storage (no drawers and not enough hangers-only 6)"

"I rented this place to explore the Sarasota/ Lido Beach area and although it’s 15 mins from beaches, it was an amazing stay. The place was extremely clean, spacious and even offered free hot breakfast. You can’t ask for more when traveling with kids."

"The rooms and hotel were very nice for the money. Somebody banged on my door really hard at 3 a.m. and was kicking?? They told me a person was causing a ruckus and they removed her from the property. You get a free drink at the tiki bar. It’s in a good location."
