Every nook and cranny was clean & orderly. The staff are kindest, people on the planet, seriously! I would work for them! Parking was easy, though I was not her during peak season though plenty of parking close by. The spa is lovely, wish I could have stayed longer. Lots to do in the area, it was nice to visit city stuff during the day and come back to a quiet place at night.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff made us feel like we were staying with family or good friends. The owner came over to speak with us and told us about the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. And the location was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing family run cozy hotel. Quiet neighborhood, in a small Bavarian community, great breakfast selection. Rooms are very comfortable. We had a balcony I believe all rooms do. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I stayed in this hotel because it was centrally located to Salzburg and Berchensgarten region. The little town of Grossgmain was very quaint and had everything you needed, grocery store, bakery, metzgeri, etc. The Hotel was great, good food and great staff, very helpful in helping you plan day trips. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with nice rooms and an amazing spa. Fantastic golf course at the doorstep. Good restaurant with excellent a la carte food and good wine selection. Service at the restaurant was great. The service at the huge bar quite slow and inattentive.
Rustic elegance with magnificent vistas. Great hiking trails as well as a spectacular spa with indoor and outdoor lounge areas as well as an outside sauna - swim suits unnecessary. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating- thank you, Samar.

I enjoyed staying here so much that I came back during the same trip for a longer stint and stayed an additional night on top of that. I would definitely consider returning when I am once again back in Bad Reichenhall
