"The staff went above and beyond duty. I booked a late night reservation, and the receptionist was amazing. He made sure that I was able to find parking and was even able to get a toothbrush and toothpaste for me! I also needed to charge my phone and he let me borrow his cube. Exceptional service."

"We had a fabulous stay at Casa Oasis. The building is beautiful and our room, including the bed, was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owners, George and Sarah, live on site and are very personable and helpful. The manager Aaron was very communicative and arranged an excellent tour to Chichén Itzá that included swimming in a cenote and also arranged in house massages. "My experience at Hotel Boutique Delfina was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, with carefully curated décor and a peaceful atmosphere that truly invites you to relax. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with details that make a difference.
