"The hotel is well located to tourist attraction and good food. They are very strict on early check in 4pm. You can pay 15 euros for early check in. It wasnt worth it we bag check out luggage and found an excellent tapas place. Sat outside in the sun ate and drank wine. We had breakfast at the hotel. It was less than expected for highly rated hotel 15 euros per person. We founf cafe de norte around the corner. It was excellent and we only had to wait 15 min. The hotel also did not clean our room. That was a big disappointment. I ask the front desk girl. She said you needed to put sign on your door knob. She did not inform us about it. She also didnt care and said nothing can be done about it. This was terrible for highly rated hotel. We asked for late checkout since our train was 2:40pm. Same front desk girl working all the days we stayed. I felt she was out to get me. I told her she was not being nice to me. I got her to agree on 1pm checkout. After breakfast we came back. I went up to the room and the key was shut down at 11:50am. She had to issue me a new key. I would not come back"

"The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)"
