"The réception and the room are in different buildings, and there is no elevator at the Reception/check-in. If you are traveling with a companion, it's better that one stay with luggage at the door and the other one does the check in.
Room is spacious and comfortable, but the sound isolation is terrible. You can hear everyone passing by in the building and people on the street."
"The breakfast was good with different options and the lady serving it was very sweet and helpful. Sadly the place was going under renovations and we were not told about this. Upon our arrival I went to the reception floor and it was totally empty I got scared so I called the hotel and they mentioned they were renovating so they were in another floor. We had issues with the temperature of the water and the room was so cold that we were freezing we turned on the heater but it was not working properly. They also charged me before my check in when I had requested to pay directly at the property, because we were 3 people staying together but coming from different countries so we were planning to pay separately.
Overall it was a good stay and the facilities were very clean and great location! Sadly we had some issues."
