"The junior suite was great for our visit to Porto - nice size bedroom area and a separate living area. But the outdoor balcony was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony relaxing and watching life happen in Porto. The location is ideal, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the extremely touristy areas. The staff at check-in, for breakfast and room service were great. Our only bad experience was one evening at the rooftop bar where we had difficulty getting service and even finding someone to assist. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel."
