"It’s an affordable hotel, and the guest services were very accommodating, especially Stephanie and Kelly. They accommodated our requests. The staff are excellent, and the room we had had a good back view of the snow, as we requested. Ty so much. "

"Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!"
