"Hospitality was 10/10 staff was friendly, they not only spoke portuguese but english and spanish as well, super close to the airport. I super highly recommend. will for sure come back. they offer transportation from and to the airport and everything else is super close by. worth the stay "

"The room was fine, except for no elevator. Check in process was utter confusion, they had no idea who I was and had no record our reservation. They required me to pay in order to get the price that hotels.com offered me, couldn’t use my credit card. Took 45 minutes to get checked in."

"Visited in March 2025. The earlier reviews and pictured looked good so booked this forma short stay. The location is quite good, a short walk from the beach (although the area feels rather sketchy especially when walking for dinner). It seemed like there was a lot of construction work going on everywhere in the hotel, dust and construction material laying around. The pools (small) were open but did not look very inviting as the water looked a bit green). The only elevator was extremely slow and...

"It is a very old and poorly maintained hotel. Towels and linens and furniture shows they were supposed to be replaced or renovated decades ago. "
