We found the staff, including Riccardo and Sara, to be very helpful and pleasant during our stay. Don't be fooled by the one-star hotel rating. This is a basic hotel with little amenities, but we didn't come to Siena to stay at the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay at Alma Domus. The location was great, the room was clean and the hotel was very accommodating with our luggage storage requests. Although we wished we had a little more variety with the breakfast choices, it wouldn't deter us from returning to this hotel or recommending it to others. Thanks again!!
