"My room was clean however the TV still didn’t work after visiting this property 2 months earlier and staying in the same room. Staff moved me to another room but it was an accessible room. I had to sit on the floor in the shower to read the bottles in the shower to see which was shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Because I was moved to the first floor I had people outside my room yelling on the phone at other people at 7 am. Why I never stay on the first floor. I would only recommend this property if you don’t want to watch any streaming services. "

"Rooms are dirty and have roaches. Lamps and televisions are broken. Requested a refund and was told one would be issued on the “honor system” until Hotels.com staff got involved. "The property was clean but older and more run town than pictures showed. The sliding glass door to the deck attached to the room was broken. The lock was missing so they had a piece of wood to use to keep it locked. The coffee maker was missing from our room even though all the coffee items were provided. "
