"Everything was great. The staff was helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The rooms were very clean and location is perfect to universal and outdoor activities."
"Our first family stay here was fantastic! Every staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming toward our children. We felt so comfortable during our stay and will definitely stay here again."
"Great hotel! Spacious room, very close to Universal Studios Japan, several combinis and coffee shops. Also very close to a train station. Great amenities, clean and well maintained hotel - would highly recommend."
"A great hotel in a nice location very close to Kyobashi Train Station, and an easy walk to the Osaka Castle. One of few hotels that has a nice outdoor pool with a great view. Excellent amenities in the rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English."

Just steps from baggage claim in the airport terminal this hotel can't be more convenient, particular for international travelers transiting via Osaka to other domestic destinations in Japan.
I had a GREAT stay at this hotel! It was perfect for me traveling alone and not needing all the bells and whistles of a more expensive place.
It's very modern, easy to find, close to the metro and convenience stores/restaurants.
The room is small, but fine for one person who isn't spending much time in the hotel anyways. Also cleaning every three days, but again I'm not a messy person so it was fine for me.
The bed was comfortable, the blanket was very nice, the window opened, and the...
Very good value as well as extremely convenient. Rooms are very small, so if you are a basketball player please do not book this hotel, only suitable for very tiny people like me, under 4 feet, and less than75 pounds.
Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.
Everything was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Its convenient location and theming made our visit to Universal Studios Japan very special.
It was amazing here!! We stayed on the 20th floor and our window had a beautiful view of the city!! What really surprised me the most and am most thankful for was toothbrush and disposable razor blades provided!! I know for sure other hotels like in the Americas or Europe don't provide stuff like this. And the distance from the train station is close by!! I loved statying here and wouldn't mind staying here again ^-^
We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay.
The check in is on Floor 2 and staff was very friendly and helpful and quick!
Our room was on the 14th floor and I selected a corner room with the hope it would be spacious enough for three adults. When I opened the door I was relieved that there were...
Extremely polite and friendly staff. Room was small but very cute and clean. It had everything, including complementary water every day. Breakfast was ok for us, not too many western dishes for my picky eaters. Location was excellent, 5 minutes walk from the train station and it's on a street with lots of restaurants. Would definitely book it again.
Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk.
Great hotel for bad weather - you never need to go outside. Giant quality restaurant food hall on 8th floor. The mall / Yodobashi on floors B1 thru 8 can be accessed by escalator from the lobby, and there is a secret door that directly connects the hotel B1 elevator lobby to the grocery store in the mall,...
