We loved our stay at Casanova in the superior room. The location is perfect, an easy drive into Braga and also a great launching point for Geres. Rooms were neat and modern, staff were attentive and kind, breakfast was in abundance lots of choices in sweet and savory. Pool area is huge and the sauna was a plus for me after completing the Camino De Santiago.
Stayed here for a wedding. Was pleasantly surprised at the amenities and service. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Only downside was that getting to town required a short drive but uber rides were quick and inexpensive
This place is an absolute gem. We felt like guests at a private country estate. Our room was very clean and well furnished. The morning breakfast was better than most. Our only problem was that the wireless internet was useless at our room. Perhaps the host needs a range-extender closer to the remote room that we had.
Wonderful stay for us and our friends who all booked other rooms in the same hotel as we were visiting for a wedding. It is a bit further from the center of the city so we had to use a vehicle to get there. We found a nice walk/bike/run trail that starts near the hotel and goes towards nearby parks!
