"The staff was welcoming and checkin was fast and easy. We loved our room on the 2nd floor on the beach side of the hotel. Our window opened and we had a small ocean/pier view with fresh air. The bed was comfortable. We had a fridge but no microwave. It’s very convenient to walk to the pier, beaches and restaurants…also downtown Main Street for shopping, sightseeing at the San Buenaventura Mission and more. The morning hot breakfast was good as well."

"It was very stay. I got the sunset view. There was a renovation going on, but the staff did let me know ahead of time, so I was ok with it.. the only thing is the noise from the construction was alittle loud and alittle early lol. But it was a nice hotel. "

"The hotel suites were roomy. We reserved 2 hotel suites with lofts, as we are a family of four. As our sons are teenagers, they were happy to each have their own loft space. We slept peacefully in our respective rooms."
