I stayed with my husband for one night only at Tropical Hideaway but we wish that we stayed longer because the property was beautiful.
Location: It was located in the southeast of Jeju Island and we stayed here while exploring the southern part of Jeju. The closest attractions was a 15-30+ minute drive. The property was right on the coastline. There was a small walking pathway across the hotel that people would walk/ run along in the morning/ evening. There was a KBBQ spot next to the hotel...
I stayed 5 nights in Jeju and to save driving time, stayed at different hotels as I moved around the island. This i the only hotel, that I oul stay at again in Jeju. Staff, from check in to breakfast and housekeeping, were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and all around nice.

Everything was wonderful, except our checkin. There was only 2 people working when we checked in with no bell person to help us unload the car. All other days, everyone was helpful and we truly enjoyed our stay. (We liked the beach, swimming pool area)
This is the perfect hotel for getting away from the crowds and touristy attractions of Jeju. It is a bit isolated in the hills above Seogwipo and is surrounded entirely by forest and plants. Our room had a view of the top of Mt. Halla on clear days. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs.
