Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! Bali with its congestion and litter isn't really all a paradise. The moment you walk into the Trans hotel that changes. This hotel really seems to "get" the customer service/satisfaction piece. Every (and I mean every) person that we encountered over our stay was gracious, helpful and genuinely happy. If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place.

Absolutely beautiful experience! I will return over and over. The breakfast buffet is gorgeous and so decadent with cooked to order omelette and French toast and pastries galore. And the staff is the kindest I’ve ever encountered. Don’t miss out on this amazing property!
This place is amazing. Beautiful property, well maintained garden. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many options including gluten free bread and decaffeinated coffee. No other hotels would have these last two option.

Great location and you can easily access local shopping and restaurants, which are about a minute away (walking) The best part of the resort is the professionalism of the entire staff. Whether you are dealing with the groundskeeper, housekeepers, or other staff members, they always greet you with a "hello" or "how are you today?" They are sincere too! This isn't a butt-kissing greeting, its a greeting from the "heart" and "genuine".
