The front desk is exceptionally helpful in responding to questions, looking up information online, and attending to guests' needs. Amazing hotel! Our room was excellent & large with all the facilities that you need in a bedroom! The amount of choices for breakfast were excellent! The staff were very courteous & helpful! I would certainly recommend this hotel!
The service was impeccable - the staff was very attentive and remembered everyone in our group, including one's birthday.
The rooms you can see were a little dated however the improvements were apparent throughout the hotel and obviously cannot be done all at once.
Definitely will stay again and recommend to others.

This was a great hotel, in a quiet location, with unbeleiveable service and hospitaltiy! Raphaella at the front desk went above and beyond. Just after checking in, my cousin called me, but the phone in my room was off the hook. Raphaelle came up to my room, knocked on the door to tell me that I had a phone call! I was amazed with her customer service - hotel staff in the U. S. would never be as thoughtful and considerate! The breakfast was excellent and the service staff in the entire hotel...
