"While the staff is very helpful and courteous, the hotel itself is quite basic and closer to a no-star property in terms of facilities. There is no proper on-site restaurant; meals are prepared in a small terrace room and served on the terrace. Breakfast is simple, typically consisting of just tea/coffee and bread or an omelette. The rooms are compact, and mine did not include a television. This property would be suitable primarily for travelers who are just looking for a place to sleep rather than a full-service stay experience."

"Wasn't able to pay bill upon arrival or when I offered about 4 subsequent times. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with their communication with hotels.com Eventually I told them the amount and paid it. Also confusion about the fact that breakfast was included with the booking. Bed was very short, maybe 5ft 9 inches and my feet would hang over edge if I stretched out. "

"Everything was perfect until morning breakfast. We had 3 rooms but turned away because we weren't listed on "their" breakfast list. Motel like this with room prices in $$$ shouldn't have "Breakfast List" to begin with. Come to USA even 2 star motels have free breakfast. I have been in lodging hospitality for 17 years and I have never seen 4 star hotel with "Breakfast" as paid amenities except for Hilton hotel group. We arrived late to even see whole hotel but still we paid full price as guests who checked in in afternoon. I usually don't write unless I see something to be corrected if a hotel needs to step towrd 5 star ratings in hotel industry. Thank you for memorable experience and what indian hotel industry needs to be corrected. "
