"The atmosphere of the hotel was truly wonderful.
It had a charming, vintage style that perfectly matched the historic vibe of Hue. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was delicious—especially the pho, which was the best I’ve ever had. I’m already planning to visit again.
I also heard that the hotel remained safe during the recent historic flooding in Hue. If you’re looking for flood-safe accommodation, I highly recommend this place

"We absolutely loved our stay here at Hachi. It’s a beautiful architecturally designed Homestay out of the centre of Hue. It’s for relaxation, rejuvenation and enjoying the natural surrounds of the local neighbourhood. The beds are comfy and the staff are just so friendly and accommodating. You do need to plan your visits to town but it’s a small price to pay to stay at this fabulous home stay.

It often rains in Hue and this made the place even better because one of the main charms is the grounds which have a tropical fee. When the sun shines there's a lovely pool area. Good breakfast choices. Rooms are spare but very large as are bathrooms.

too good to be true. every service person went out of her/his way to help. When the taxi driver forgot one bag on the curb at the airport, the man at the hotel entry door volunteered his help, called the airport where the bag was immediately located. Ombudswomen were everywhere, volunteered to book flights & other city hotels for us. While we were checking out they were scouring our room & a forgotten computer charger & a belt were found & rushed to the signout desk, so nothing was lost.
We truly loved the blend of modern comfort and traditional charm at this homestay. The design is elegant, the environment is peaceful, and everything is maintained with great care. Complimentary bicycles are also available, which made it easy and fun to explore the surrounding area. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down and enjoy the moment. Well, I really enjoyed my stay at Hue Riverside Boutique & Spa. The grounds were maintained well and quite beautiful and the rooms clean and comfortable. The wifi was lightning fast, too. The breakfast buffet (included) had everything a person could want. And I ended up eating dinner at the resort restaurant both nights and was pleasantly satisfied. I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet peacefulness of this riverside oasis!

This was a lovely hotel with a very kind receptionist, nice rooms, and good food. It’s conveniently located and the building/grounds are very well-maintained. We wish we would’ve stayed longer!
My room was small but adequate and clean. The AC runs well. The main floor is also a small bar with local beers. Yet, the bar was very quiet. The host did an excellent job trying to accommodate all my requests.
