"Over priced hotel with minimal room amenities. Nowhere to put your bathroom items in the bathroom. Soap holder in shower is at an angle that encourages the soap to immediately drift off. No microwave this time in the room. We had an ada room, towels are located on a very high shelf in the shower stall, cant reach them In a chair. Also cant reach the hand held shower head, only able to turn water on and off. The only place to set your toothpaste is to turn the makeup mirror sideways and use as a tiny table to balance your things… thats only if you can reach the makeup mirror. Check out is at noon but housekeeping had no consideration to guests and knocked on every door at 8:30am. Especially lovely if you arrived late the night before. Airport hotel should go ahead and assume the people staying in their hotel had minimal amount of time and chose to stay there to maximize their rest between flights. Otherwise, catching an uber to a better, less expensive hotel would be your best booking. If hotel doesn't want to assume then they should do the minimum and ask your guests what time they plan on checking out so you can let housekeeping know. "

"This property is steps away from the beach, there are 4 pools with ample seating which was fantastic! Steps always from at least a dozen restaurants including Christianson, STK and Tayzan. Great getaway!"

"This was a great location, though I did not feel there was any great restaurants nearby. It’s valet parking only unless you can actually find a parking spot, which is impossible.. we had a king size room which the bed was comfortable and changed quite often , but felt a little claustrophobic because the windows did not open to hear the ocean breezes. The staff was very prompt accommodating and very very nice. Service was awesome.! The food is quite good at the restaurant. Drinks are good. The pool is very small and very warm. We had problems with our air conditioning the last night.It was leaking through the ceiling quite badly. I don’t know why any hotel would have a barn door on the bathroom. We had no privacy and it did not work at all. I also wish they had a ledge or seat in the shower for shaving. It was advertised they had spa treatments, which I was planning on, but they had none of that. The only thing they had was a hair salon, and they also have no workout room which my husband was pretty disappointed that they did not have .overall we had a lovely stay, but would probably choose a different resort next time just because of lack of amenities. The people were awesome here though I have to say."

"Nice hotel, super friendly staff. The only problem was that no beach chairs or beach umbrellas were provided as the website promotes. We were told that beach chairs and beach umbrellas will be available every day starting at 10 am. Once we arrive at the beach the chairs and umbrellas were locked. We waited for 2 hours, nobody came."

"Was traveling with family and friends two rooms and unfortunately one room was a little better than the other… rooms reserved for two separate dates and two rooms each time total 3 days stay… I would not be staying here again I’ll pay the extra money to better quality… "
