"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and they offered blackout curtains that actually worked. The breakfast was a step above the average hotel breakfast and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If I had to give any negative feedback, it would be the TV volume could not be adjusted so that I could hear it from the couch or bed. Even at the top volume of 60, I heard enough to know what was happening on a movie but not loud enough to actually hear the monologue."

"I have stayed at so many hotels and cannot remember a time when the staff was more helpful. I arrived with two specific issues and was greeted with a smile and "how can I help?" attitude, solving both issues effortlessly. It's exactly what you hope to encounter when dealing with customer service and almost never do. The property itself was clean and comfortable but what set it apart was my first encounter at the desk. Cannot recommend it enough."

"Shampoo was used out of. The hotel tub was dirty. Short curly hair in the sink disgusting. Floor needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom floor could have used a really good scrubbing. Wasn't told that there was a door closer to our room and I almost fell trying to get outside. Breakfast was cold eggs were gross and sausage was over done, floor and tables in the breakfast area were filthy. I have never been so unhappy when I have stayed anywhere and if it wasn't for my wife asking me not to say anything I would have."
