We were in need of a day of rest to recover from norovirus. The tranquil setting was just what we needed. The staff took special care to see that we were comfortable.

Our brief stay was A-plus! The space is beautifully appointed. It's across the street from the beach with a beautiful view. We chose this for comfort & proximity to the Durban airport. We would have happily spent more time if our SA itinerary allowed. Host was responsive and very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location; Right from chevk in the service was exceptional, Pumula was amazing , service with a smile 😊; lots of restaurants around; across the street there is a pick n pay and various ATM machines, close to beach with walking/running trail. One suggestion would be to upgrade/ change the TV's, they are old the picture quality is bad. Down the street there is a huge mall called Pearls of Umhlanga, it is beautiful with great shopping!! The hotel could need a update, Many small items was broken and a cleaning of the outside facade of the hotel is needed. It was nearly possibly to look out the windows due to a thind layer of dirt. The staff was very good, really good from reception, the restaurant to the staff cleaning the rooms. Our Room was very clean.

The position is excellent, have stayed there many times, we are welcomed and treated like Family

Friendly owners, both of them were too kind. This is in a gated guest house and you will get a remote to open the front gate. Its about a 5 min drive from the beach and food is pretty close by as well.
