"Spotlessly clean. Great showers, comfortable beds. Very friendly, kind and accommodating staff. It’s a great place to start or end your trip to Kenya as it’s in a quiet, peaceful part of Nairobi, with a beautiful secluded garden full of birds. The on site cafe provides a good selection of food and drink. There is a little shop on site selling items made by women at a project to support their lives. We loved it here."
"Nice property with friendly staff and good security. Big apartment with full kitchen including washer. Good bed, shower and fans to stay cool. Quiet area but with a small mall 5!mins walk away to get groceries and to eat. Food in the hotel rooftop restaurant was good value and tasty.

"I found the staff ot tb the best part of the stay. Very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean, and although buildings under construction blocked the view, I still got to see the cityscape from my room. The shuttle service was ideal for getting to and from the airport on time. The driver was very kind and made sure I was picked up and dropped off with care.

Clean hotel, very quiet area away from busy areas, close to a mall and lot of restaurants with short uber drive. Very friendly staff, good food, clean spacious rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment suite , spacious and great value for money. No a/c, has a pedestal fan, very comfortable sleep. My only concern is our bed, probably needs replacing. There is construction for expansion outside, but did not have any negative effects on our stay! Highly recommend !
Beautiful eco camp with great amenities! The food at the restaurant was great and prices were fair. It’s also a good environment for meeting other travelers, ie at meals or by the pool. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Nairobi!
This is a beautiful, modern, clean, new facility. The rooms were impeccable. Plenty of hot water and fast responsive wireless internet. The food from the restaurant was above average. The morning breakfast buffet was better than you get at most American hotels. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and just a wonderful example of the type of people I always meet in Kenya. Peaceful atmosphere once you get inside. Staff is very courteous and go the extra step to please their guests. Shower water was hot and great pressure. Rooms were clean. Did not hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, or outside. TV and remote worked well. Website photos are accurate
Food was hot and tasty. Not overly spiced or salty. Fruit was sweet. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Wished I could stay longer
Very accommodating with an early check in and a free upgrade to make our life easier travelling with a toddler. All staff very friendly and helpful, thank you so much. Breakfast was also great
Staff is very warm, kind and helpful, The food is very good and the service is exceptional. Installations are cleaned and well maintained. The only thing is the quality of the coffee, which needs to be improved to match the high level of other beverage and food items.
I just got back from a 3 night stay at Baraka Tower and it was such a nice hotel with amazing central ac! I loved the staff so friendly and attentive! The breakfast was pretty good too. I had dinner a couple of nights and enjoyed the food. Big servings too! I was always greeted and asked how everything was. I recommend staying here. Budget friendly and pretty close to everything I needed. Ubers are easy to get and super cheap! $2-$4usd depending where you're going.
