"The hotel was comfortable and decent. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok, can be improved. Staffs were very accommodating especially the front desk lady and Manong guard who helped me with my documentation issues that was extremely important for me to accomplish that day and they helped me, a stranger without hesitation. Stayed at the hotel with my husband. He basically wants to eat bulalo in Tagaytay. This is the first time that we checked-in since Tagaytay is just near where we live. The check-in was fast me and my friends enjoy the whole stay the breakfast buffet was great since we were really early. Although the pools chlorine was too strong :( Overall great stay great facilities great staff 5 starts :)
Staff are friendly and accommodating . Easy check in and check out. Room is nice and clean. Complementary toiletries, cofeee and slippers are available at room. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing day at tagaytay. Really enjoyed our honeymoon. Will surely come back soon!
Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.

We didn't use the pool but it was beautiful and I saw many families enjoying it. Lot of areas for walking on property. The weather was great for May in the Philippines.

Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view.
