"This is the best location for a hotel in Lisbon I think. You're next to so much food, souvenirs, and it's quiet at night. We got the two twin room and it was enough space for me and my mom. The only thing is occasionally there's a strong smell of bleach or plumbing, but otherwise I would stay here again."
"The best thing about the property is there convenience in the location. It is right in the mix. It's a very short walk to a main subway station that they called in Metro. It is the bailable chiado station which connects you to virtually everything in the city. All three Subway rails are accessible from there including the two End Of The Line stations blue and green which gets you to the above ground high speed rail to take you anywhere in Portugal."
"Nice hotel with very nice staff. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Having a restaurant that is open most of the day was helpful since we were killing time waiting on a late flight."
"Great little hotel in a perfect central location by Rossio Square. Room was small-ish but had everything we needed and anyway, we only wanted to sleep in it! Very convenient for bus tours and the Metro. Plenty of places to eat nearby although we can recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel, Bastardo. Great buffet breakfast served there every morning.
The staff were lovely and very helpful.
Would say that the WiFi was a bit unreliable so wouldn't want to rely on it if you need to...
"We had 5 nights in this excellent hotel, and we will highly recommend it :)
Especially kind and helpful staff in the reception
The hotel also has a co-operating Cafe/ Restaurant just outside the door. And in first floor inside of the hotel, this Cafe, their friendly staff serves a well- tasting breakfast.
The location is absolute top, in the center, but not "too much". Easily walk away to the most "Must to see attractions", or way to come wherever you want.
In the street right outside the...
"Incredible hotel in an amazing location. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient setting to explore Lisbon.
By the cruise terminal which meant every morning we watched the ships sail in and out at night.
Close to restaurants and ideal for sight seeing.
The hotel itself was immaculate, staff were very attentive."
"We stayed at three different hotels during our stay in Portugal and this was by far the best one. Bars and restaurants on the property are fantastic. Staff was super nice and helpful."

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! And the restaurant had incredible food and service. Overall, this place is lacking in nothing. I plan to return again some day.
Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!
The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was first class. Very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.
This is a wonderful, well presented property. Mix or modern with nature. Top class service, staff and amenities. A truly relaxing and pleasant experience!
It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is amazing and centrally located to so many restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Will definitely stay here again!
We absolutely loved the vibe and location. The hotel room was my favorite of our trip around Europe and the staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend and cannot wait to go back one day!
this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit
We loved Browns Central Hotel. It was a great location and the staff was very helpful. A shoutout to Marta at the front desk who helped me with train tickets. We enjoyed the bar and breakfast was great. A 10+ all around.
