Overall the hotel is excellent. The view is phenomenal and the hotel staff is simply the best. They made arrangements for our tour and transportation, basically an itinerary of things to do in Puerto princesa. Every single one of the staff was helpful. My bf got ill after coming back from the underground river tour but I was lucky enough that hotel staff was there to assist us with what we needed. He recovered the following day thankfully. this hotel is a gem. :)

This was probably the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed at! Service was beyond imagination and everything was very clean, neat, and thoughtfully done. Our flight got in at 7am and they still let us check in, and added a breakfast buffet for us to devour after our tiring journey. The food was perfect, the drinks perfect, and the rooms impeccable. The receptionist is excellent her name is Abby! She is above and beyond with our needs and questions around the area. Everyone are very friendly. My husband only ate fruits the chef find a way to get more fruits for him specifically.

Close to the airport. The staff are welcoming and made me feel at home. They are very helpful.

The breakfast everyday was awesome. At the Sotogrande they treat you special and remember you. Jeric was particularly helpful and his english is great . I had a great time . I needed their attention, because I am a nervous solo traveler . After a few days I was part of the family . I have never been treated better any where in my life. It was awesome .

The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed covid tests for return and they arranged along with all our excursions and transportation. The Balai Princesa Massage was excellent. The kitchen staff was very attentive. Quaint and attractive.

Very comfortable stay for the night. I have stayed here once before and both times now it was a pleasant stay. Room is always clean, bathroom shower is always hot with good pressure, bed is comfortable..just a really nice little hotel. The lobby has a Cafe in it. Their customer service is excellent and the food is very good for a quick bite. They will bring you the food to your room too which was a nice plus. Thank you all for what you do!

I stayed at the hotel twice and I must say that this is the best hotel during my trip in Palawan. The hotel is not large, but it is very clean and quite with a lovely garden. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Both the food and service were great. We were food poisoned in El Nido and the staff at reception was very helpful to offer pills for diarrhea.

Hotel is brand new. Room is very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport with van service. Met Mr. Sylvester the GM of the hotel and just wanted to say that I enjoyed staying at his hotel. Staff is excellent and breakfast was good for being on an island far from the main island. The Ivy is the best, Best Western that I have stayed. I will definitely come back and stay there again.

Huge room and functional. I ordered my food from the neighbor next door who delivered it to my room and it was excellent

On entering the hotel lobby and proceeding to the annex it reminded me of my visit to old roman villas with narrow outdoor corridors graced between them with lovely verdant green gardens. the whole establishment bespeaks the architecture of old Italy. The rooms and halls are adored with portraits of Roman women in Rome garb of the period reclining on couches in different positions. What I found interesting was their faces where , not Italian but Germanic looking. Perhaps the hotel owner...

We stayed in the Philippines for a total of 30 days and this is one of the best stays we had. The staff members are super friendly and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating. We had trouble with our email and needed to use their computer and even their email address for some documents we had to retrieve for a tour coming up. This is an exceptional, wonderful, place to stay. The seven places we stayed at during our travels throughout the Philippine islands, this was hands-down the best. Their attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff was 5 star. It just seemed like everything was where it should be, if that makes any sense. When we arrived they made coffee for us. For dinner the adults went out while the kids stayed and had dinner at Villa K. They order the trike for us and ordered dinner (delivered)...

Good breakfast Staff friendly and courteous Front desk need to improve their service, they dont answer the phone calls so i booked online and when i tried to book in person the lady told me that there’s no more vacancy for June 18 but when i booked online again there’s actually vacant rooms .
